Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If a problem comes up with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
